E.P.Cutler received a Master of Arts in Fashion Studies from Parsons The New School for Design. While at Parsons, she worked as a Teacher's Assistant, leading a recitation section for the History of Fashion. She has since guest lectured numerous classes there. With a background in fashion journalism, she has written for New York Magazine, Marie Claire, MYKROMAG, & Fashion Projects. She currently contributes to SMUG magazine and Apparel Insiders.
She has worked as a researcher for Marie Claire and Dwell Magazine.
She also worked as an Archival Researcher on "Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has To Travel," which is available on DVD and iTunes.
She is now working on her first book.
